MapMe recommends a proven Twelve Step Process as an Intervention for obtaining definite career exploration, knowledge acquisition and total career transition. Assessments are followed by detailed briefing sessions to explain report outcomes and interpretations. Once we explore possible career options, we suggest alignment of Education Stream, Education Domain, possible Industry and role alignment, apt knowledge required based on the job description. After acquiring knowledge, assessing Skill Gap indicates challenges that need to be addressed followed with Recruitment and Selection process that installs and incorporates the candidate in the Career path for which a holistic transitioning program is designed.
